Master's degree

I wasn't sure if I wanted to walk or not at first, but then I felt like I really needed that moment to celebrate and reflect the past year and a half. I found out that I was pregnant after the first night that I went to class. Along with this, we've definitely had a rough past year and a half, coincidentally as soon as I went back to school, and have had a lot of bumps along the way so there were many moments when I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to or want to continue with pursuing my master's degree. Dylan gave me the strength to continue, and I knew that I was doing it it for him too. Hopefully this will one day show him that it is possible to pull through with determination through life's unexpected challenges and reach your goal. Thank you Dylan for technically going to all of my classes with me and staying up late with me to do papers :) Feeling you kick around in my belly while sitting in class was a sweet reminder to keep going. Being able to see him when I walked across the stage was a great feeling, and having my family and best friends there also to show me their support made me feel like the luckiest person ever!
